The effective success of any training solution is dependent on a high level of knowledge retention post training. As part of Steria Learning Services’ solution, regular management reporting is a vital component of evaluating the impact and success of the training. As well as managing and controlling the training budget our reporting services track activity and flag any quality issues so that they may be rapidly addressed.
