Steria’s Administration Service offers clients a number of ways of selecting and booking training events and venues. In addition, the client can manage delegate training requests, identify the most suitable and cost effective courses, approve and organise bookings and produce management reports. Supporting end user training and development requires a significant amount of planning and management. Steria Learning Services is able to assume the full responsibility for the total management and administration of a client’s Learning and Development or alternatively any component of the service which may consist of the following: - Venue finding and training room booking service
- Scheduling and publishing of courses
- Preparing and sending invitations to course delegates
- Monitoring responses and chasing delegates when required
- Sending out acceptance confirmation to delegates.
- Preparing and sending out Joining Instructions.
- Capture delegate feedback.
- Analysis of feedback and the provision of management reporting
Learning Portal As part of the Managed Learning Service, Steria Learning Services provides a web based booking and administration service which allows delegates to browse through client approved courses, review their content and book themselves on to available courses. The portal makes delegates aware of the courses available to them and eases the booking process. Individuals learning history and plans can be managed via the portal as well as outstanding curriculum activity still to be completed. |
