The difference between traditional IT rollouts and client specific rollouts is that most client rollouts are implemented as a means of changing the way a client carries out their everyday business, alternatively it may be the introduction of a completely new business application. Either of which implies that the new application will create a significant change in the clients work processes. These changes to the business process or work flow are an integral part of the required rollout training and are just as important, if not more so, than how the software application is used.
